AZ YA Summit 2023
Spring into Library Services for Teens
April 4 - 6, 2023
The AZ YA Summit will provide opportunities for Arizona’s library professionals that serve teens, to network with each other and learn from experts.
Through a collaboration with the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records and the Arizona Library Association, the AZ YA Summit will connect and enlighten library staff in public and school libraries on best practices for meaningfully engaging teens.
Our objective is that library staff will feel supported in the important work they do and through continuing education, library staff will be positioned to support teens to develop 21st Century Skills and transition to adulthood.

Conference Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests for the event must be made in writing by March 21. Please submit any cancellation requests by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. No telephone cancellations/refund requests can be accepted.
After March 21, no requests for refunds will be accepted and no exceptions will be made to the policy. Registrations made after March 21, are non-refundable.
Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the conference and must be made in writing. Please submit any substitution requests by email to email@example.com. No telephone substitution requests can be accepted.
Hotel Reservation Information
If you would like to book a room at the San Marcos at the $169 Summit rate, you can call the reservation center at 1-877-685-5594 and reference block code "ZW6", or use the booking link.
Keep in mind when receiving a confirmation letter from making a reservation online, or through the call center it will automatically show a resort fee. This is an IHG standard, however, since this has been waived for the Summit, the hotel will absorb that fee upon check in.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival or No Shows will result in a charge equal to one night’s room and tax. The Summit rooms cutoff date is 03/05/23. Any rooms needed after the cutoff date can be booked based on availability and need to be done directly through the Group Rooms Coordinator, Natalie Soqui <firstname.lastname@example.org> or 480-857-4411.
