Registration:

How do I know if I am registered? 

Login to your AzLA account and check your events. If you do not see it, check with your organization to see how they registered you. If you are still unsure, please email conference@azla.org

What will I need to check in at the Conference? 

Make sure you have your registration confirmation just incase and any sort of ID to prove who you are just in case it is needed. Otherwise, just let us know your name and we will get you checked in and give you your badge. 

You do not need to check in every day. Just check in the first day you are attending!

Awards Gala

How do I register for the Awards gala? 

Registration is now closed. There may be limited on site availability of tickets. Please check in at the registration booth. 

I registered for the awards gala, how do I get my ticket? 

When you check in at the registration desk, you will receive your awards gala ticket. If you did not receive one but are registered please ask the conference committee, by asking at the registration desk.

Is there assigned seating?

No there is not. Anyone who booked a table will have a reserved table, but everyone else will be able to sit where they would like to. 

Welcome Reception

How do I know if I am registered? 

Check your registration confirmation. If it shows Welcome Reception on Wednesday, then you are registered. We did account for more people to join us, so please come celebrate with us anyway.

How do I register for a tattoo?

You will be able to register onsite. It is arms and legs only. There will be a design book to choose from. Tattoos are $75 and payment will be due to Inked & Bound right away. There is a waiver you must sign before getting your tattoo. Keep an eye out for information from Inked & Bound while at conference. 

How do I sign up for henna? 

There will not be a sign up, you will just wait in line. Henna is free! 

Is there an open bar? 

There is not an open bar. There will be a cash bar (credit cards accepted) throughout the event. Please be sure to tip the bartenders! 

University of Arizona Tour

Is there transportation to the UofA Main Library tour? 

No there is not scheduled transportation for this. If you would like to carpool please look at the discussion board for people who are driving and those looking for rides!
