The Arizona Library Association invites you to exhibit and/or sponsor at the 2024 AzLA Annual Conference at the We Ko Pa Casino & Resort in Fort McDowell, Arizona. All exhibitor and sponsor logos will be posted in our online program book.

AzLA supports libraries and librarians across the state. Each year AzLA provides its members with an opportunity for networking and education at the annual conference.

Conference dates: October 16 (pre-conference workshops), October 17, and October 18, 2024.

INFORMATION 

Payments

Exhibitors may select the "invoice me" option during the registration process. All fees are due no later than October 11, 2024.

Staff Name Badge

Each exhibitor will be allotted one name badge. During the exhibitor setup, your name badge will be available at the registration desk.

Reserve Your Room

The 2024 AzLA Annual Conference will be held at the We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort, 10438 WeKoPa Way, Fort McDowell, AZ 85264. The resort is 2 miles north of Shea Blvd on Hwy 87 (Beeline Hwy).

Room reservations are made by calling 480.789.4957 or using the AzLA booking link: https://reservations.travelclick.com/96432?groupID=3807645

Please identify yourself as a vendor or sponsor for the AzLA Conference to receive the group rate. Your nightly room rate is $199.00 per night plus local taxes and fees, currently 13.92% for a single/double room. Our cut-off date for this great rate at this beautiful resort is 10/1/24.

Refund Policy

Exhibitors submitting written notice of cancellation of booth space by September 16, 2024, shall be entitled to a booth rental refund minus a $50 processing and resale fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after September 16, 2024.
