Conference Buddy Program

Are you:

  • A first time conference attendee or new to AzLA?
  • A student interested in making connections?
  • New to Arizona libraries?
  • Wanting all of your conference-related questions answered?

Or do you have:

  • Extensive library experience and knowledge?
  • Lots of experience navigating conferences?
  • A wide network of library folks?

We are recruiting mentors and mentees to be matched up for this year’s conference. This is a great opportunity for seasoned conference-goers and library professionals to share their knowledge and networks with those that are newer to the conference world. Please sign up by September 27th.

FREE, Professional Headshots

AzLA Secretary Terry Ann Lawler has graciously offered to take free, professional headshots of conference attendees again this year. Ten minute slots are available during preconferences on Wednesday and during the annual conference on Thursday, and Friday.

Phoenix Public Library's Bookmobile will be parked to the south of the Conference center, just beyond the patio area, on Friday, October 18.

Stop by after conference on Friday, from 3:15 pm to 4:00 pm to take a tour!
