Payments

Exhibitors may select the "invoice me" option during the registration process. All fees are due no later than October 15, 2026.

Staff Name Badge

Each exhibitor will be allotted one name badge. During the exhibitor setup, your name badge will be available at the registration desk.

Refund Policy

Exhibitors submitting written notice of cancellation of booth space by September 22, 2026, shall be entitled to a booth rental refund minus a $50 processing and resale fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after September 22, 2026.
