Registration Costs and Deadlines
Advance Rate: By Friday, September 6 extended to Friday, September 20
Standard Rate: Saturday, September 7 Saturday, September 21 - Wednesday, October 9, 5:00 PM (MST)
Registration is now closed. If you have not registered for conference yet, you will need to register on the day of conference at the Onsite Rates listed below.

Step 2 - Sign up by September 6 20 to get the Advance rate ($75 savings on the full conference member standard rate!)
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to conference@azla.org by September 27, 2024. There will be a $50 fee for each registration cancelled. Registrations purchased after September 27, 2024 are nonrefundable.

Please note: Pre-conference registration will be separate from the full conference registration. If you wish to attend both, you will need complete the pre-conference registration form AND the annual conference registration form.
Service Award Luncheon Details
Are you a family member, friend, or co-worker of someone who will receive a Service Award at the plated luncheon on Friday, October 18? You can register for ONLY the luncheon by visiting the registration page, clicking register on the lower left, and choosing the ticket option "Service Awards Luncheon - Friday - $50."
