Program Description
This session will provide you with evidence-based knowledge you can use to articulate the ingredients that go into successful partnerships in libraries.
You’ll learn how to recognize when a partnership is flourishing, when it is floundering, and when you should part ways with a partner.
You’ll leave this session confident of your ability to find partners, cultivate working relationships with them, and keep the partnership fresh and impactful. You’ll also learn how to advocate for the time you need to cultivate these relationships.
