Frequently Asked Questions

Registration questions

  • When will registration open?  Registration is expected to open in early June.

Program questions

  • Will the programs be recorded?  No, the sessions are not recorded.
  • Will the slides and handouts be available before the conference? The program committee makes every effort to collect the handouts and slide decks prior to conference and post them to the conference website.
  • Will the presenters use a microphone? Yes, the presenters will have audio/visual equipment in the room with a projector, screen, and microphone.
  • Will presenters need to bring their own laptop? Yes, the presenters need to bring their own laptop.
  • Are presenters allowed to bring guests to their session? No, the presenters are not allowed to bring unpaid guests. Anyone onsite and attending the sessions is expected to register for the conference.

General questions

  • This is my first time attending an Arizona Library Association conference. Do you have special instructions for me? We are excited to welcome first-time attendees! There is a question on the registration page about first-time attendance, so please mark down your status there. At the conference, we will have a special ribbon on your name badge that indicates your status so others will know to give you a warm welcome.

Exhibitor and sponsor questions

  • When will exhibitor and sponsor registration open? Registration for exhibitors and sponsors is expected to open in early April.
