2024 AzLA Annual Conference - Call for Proposals

We want to hear from you!

The 2024 Arizona Library Association Annual Conference will be held October 17-18 at the We Ko Pa Casino Resort, Fort McDowell, AZ.

You are invited to submit a session proposal.

• Regular program sessions are 1 hour (45 minute presentation and 15 minute Q&A).
• Express program sessions are 25 minutes (20 minute presentation and 5 minute Q&A).

The deadline for submissions is Monday, May 6. Acceptance letters and speaker contracts will be sent out in late May/early June. Please email conference.programs@azla.org if you have questions

You'll need to include/indicate:

• Name, Title, Organization, email address, and phone number for each presenter
• Desired program format (Regular or Express)
• Program Title
• Program Description (150 words max)
• Three bullet points that best describe the learning objectives for your presentation
• Type(s) of library for which your presentation is best suited.
• Which days of conference you are able to attend
• Whether you'd be willing to present once on each day of conference, if asked
• Short bio for each presenter (150 words per bio)
• Headshot for each presenter (file name should include the presenter's last name)
