We are gearing up for the best conference yet, as we celebrate AzLA’s 100th anniversary! Join us for an insider’s look at our upcoming AzLA Annual Conference, October 21st-23rd, which includes a new full-day of sessions and activities on Wednesday October 21st. Whether you are a new attendee or a veteran attendee, this webinar will provide essential information about how to maximize your experience at this year’s conference. Presenters will provide tips on getting around the conference, special events such as the new Awards Dinner, places to eat, different session tracks (including a new archives track in partnership with the Arizona Association of Archivists), and more!

Presenters:

Dianna Manasse has been AzLA Conference Co-chair for 2 years, she was previously the Program Committee Co-Chair for 2 years. She is passionate about libraries, Arizona and teen services. Dianna has been a librarian for 15 years, working in Alaska and Arizona.

Stacey Akahoshi has been AzLA Conference Co-chair for 2 years. Previously she was the secretary of the EDI committee and former JCLC Conference website committee chair. She is passionate about user experience in libraries, dog training and soccer. Stacey has been a librarian for 10 years working in libraries in Arizona and California.

What is Included

Full conference registration includes breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please mark which meals you plan to attend on the registration form and note any dietary restrictions.

One day registration includes breakfast and lunch on the day selected. Please mark which meals you plan to attend that one day on the registration form and note any dietary restrictions.

Payment

Payments can be made online or by check.

If you are paying by Purchase Order (PO), please upload it when prompted during the registration process.

If you are paying by check, please mail the check AND the invoice within 30 days of registration to:

Again, it's important that we receive the invoice with the check so we can credit the proper account!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to conference@azla.org by September 22, 2025. There will be a $50 fee for each registration cancelled. Registrations purchased after September 21, 2026 are nonrefundable.
