The Arizona Library Association invites you to the 2026 AzLA Annual Conference on October 21–23, 2026, at Casino Del Sol in Tucson, AZ. All sponsorships will be recognized on our website and in our conference app.

AzLA's Annual Conference is the largest educational, networking, and exhibition event for Arizona library professionals and staff, where we celebrate libraries.

Sponsorship Levels

All sponsorship levels include recognition on the conference website, conference signage, conference app recognition, social media recognition, and one exhibitor table. Additional details for each level are listed in the registration options.

Centennial Sponsor – $5,000

Premier sponsorship recognition aligned with AzLA’s Centennial celebration. Includes the highest visibility throughout the conference, speaking opportunity, and enhanced recognition across conference materials and events. The best way to show your support and reach Arizona libraries & archives.

Gold Sponsor – $3,000

What is Included

Full conference registration includes breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please mark which meals you plan to attend on the registration form and note any dietary restrictions.

Payment

Payments can be made online or by check.

If you are paying by Purchase Order (PO), please upload it when prompted during the registration process.

If you are paying by check, please mail the check AND the invoice within 30 days of registration to:

Again, it's important that we receive the invoice with the check so we can credit the proper account!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to conference@azla.org by September 22, 2025. There will be a $50 fee for each registration cancelled. Registrations purchased after September 21, 2026 are nonrefundable.

University of Arizona Main Library Tour (Thursday, October 22, 2026)

Registration is required; transportation is not provided to the tour.

9:30–10:00am: Tour CATalyst Makerspace, meet CATalyst staff at the Ask Us desk (north entrance by Starbucks), Main Library, 2nd floor (street level).
10:00–11:00am: Tour technology lending and Student Success District, meet Travis Teetor at the Ask Us desk (same location).

2026 Awards Gala (Thursday, October 22, 2026)

Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating excellence, achievement, and the Arizona library community at the 2026 AzLA Awards Gala!

Enjoy a plated dinner while we recognize this year’s AzLA award recipients and celebrate their outstanding contributions to libraries and the communities they serve. The evening will also feature a special presentation from our guest speaker, Logan Phillips, Poet Laureate of Tucson.

A cash bar will be available throughout the evening and will accept credit/debit cards. Please note that alcoholic beverages must be purchased separately.

Tickets are $50 per person or $300 for a table of 8 and includes admission to the gala and plated dinner.

Dress Code: Semi-Formal Attire
